What to Expect at our Sunday Services
Greeters will welcome you to our service each Sunday. They can direct you to the sanctuary, and introduce you and your children to our Child and Youth teachers.
No Sunday Service would be complete without music. The Choir is integral to the service. We typically sing at least two hymns and then the choir sings alone during the offertory. There is also a musical transition at the beginning of the service. Guest musicians appear as well, with guitars, violins and other instruments that enhance our Services as only beautiful music can. |
Most Sunday Services also include chalice lighting, welcoming words, a time for personal sharing, meditation, commentary, and the talk or sermon. The congregation then has a few minutes to engage in conversation with the speaker. The service usually ends by 11:45.
Orders of Service brochures and hymnals are located on a table at the back of the sanctuary.

Social Hour follows each service. Please join us for coffee and more conversation on the lower level. Here you can get a glimpse of the various activities of our congregation, check out the latest art show in the Meditation Room, and most importantly, you can get to know our congregants.
Dress is casual or dressy – your choice. Like our faith, it is your personal decision. Children are encouraged to wear play clothes because some RE activities take place outside.
Children and Youth
Older children take part in the beginning of the services in the Sanctuary and then continue on to Religious Education classes with their teachers on the lower level. Younger children typically go directly to the nursery before the service begins.. |
![]() Meeting Your Needs If you have difficulty hearing, you will benefit from sound amplification headphones which are available at the sound booth. Large print hymnals are also available. Our building is wheelchair accessible, with four designated parking spaces. There are also ramps to the main Sanctuary and restrooms, located on the main floor, and another to the lower level where the social hall and Youth classrooms are located.
