What to Expect at Our Sunday Services
A warm welcome from our greeters who will welcome you and direct you to the sanctuary. They will also gladly introduce you and your children to our Children and Youth teachers.
A guest speaker, who delivers a talk related to our seven Principles or some aspect of Unitarian Universalism. Immediately following, members and guests are invited to ask questions and give comments. Our service also includes music, a chalice lighting, reciting our spoken covenant and a time for personal sharing with the congregation. The service ends between 11 and 11:15. Coffee hour social, with hot drinks and light refreshments, follows the service in our downstairs social hall. Dress: casual or dressy – it’s your choice. Children and Youth classes are offered during the service. Children are encouraged to wear play clothes as some activities take place in our backyard playground. Help for your special needs: Sound amplification headphones are available at the sound booth located on your right as you enter the sanctuary, as are large print hymnals. Our building is wheelchair accessible. The UUFSA Spoken Covenant
